Our premium window tint for offices and storefronts helps stabilize indoor temperatures, protect flooring, furniture and displays from fading, and improve overall energy efficiency. Tinting enhances employee productivity, reduces screen glare and creates a more comfortable customer environment while lowering HVAC strain and utility bills.

Whether you need conference room frosting, storefront heat reduction, privacy glass or full-building energy efficiency upgrades, we provide customized solutions backed by manufacturer warranties.

Benefits of window tinting

Reduce energy costs

Window tint blocks up to 80% of solar heat, lowering the demand on your building's HVAC system. That means lower utility bills and improved comfort for employees and customers alike.

Enhance privacy & security

Window films provide daytime privacy without the need for blinds or curtains. Plus, certain films reinforce glass, helping prevent break-ins or damage from storms.

Minimize glare

Excessive glare from the sun can make screens hard to see and cause discomfort. Tinted windows reduce glare, creating a more productive and comfortable workspace.

Improve curb appeal

Window tint gives your building a professional, cohesive look. It also shows clients and visitors that you care about quality and energy efficiency.

Protect interiors

Harmful UV rays can fade furniture, flooring and display materials. Our films block up to 99% of UV rays, preserving the value of your interior assets.

Commercial window tint in Mesa and the Phoenix area

Sun coming through office and storefront windows fades floors, furniture and displays, heats rooms unevenly and drives up cooling costs. Commercial window film goes on the glass you already have, so you can improve comfort and privacy without replacing your windows.

For offices, storefronts and other commercial buildings, window tint can cut screen glare, make workspaces and customer areas more comfortable, reduce strain on your HVAC system and give your building a more professional, finished look.

We install commercial window film on site, at your business, in Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Avondale, Surprise and Goodyear. Tell us about your property, the windows you want to treat and what you want the film to do, whether that's less heat, less glare or more privacy, and we'll recommend the right option.

Where commercial window film pays off

Sun, glare and heat show up differently in every kind of business. Here is where film makes the biggest difference.

Storefronts

Cut heat and glare at the front of the store, protect displays and merchandise from fading, and look more finished from the street.

Offices

Reduce screen glare, even out temperatures between sunny and shaded rooms and make workspaces more comfortable.

Conference rooms

Add privacy with frosted or decorative film while still letting daylight through.

Medical and dental offices

Add privacy for waiting rooms and treatment areas and reduce heat from west-facing glass.

Restaurants and cafes

Calm bright afternoon sun so guests are comfortable, and protect finishes and furniture from fading.

Gyms, salons and studios

Keep rooms cooler, reduce glare on mirrors and screens and add privacy where you need it.

Choosing the right film for your building

Different films solve different problems. We measure your glass and recommend the right option for each window.

Care and cleaning

Commercial film is easy to maintain once it has cured.

The first days

  • Small water pockets and a little haze are normal while the film cures and clear up on their own.
  • We will tell you how long to wait before cleaning the glass.

Day to day

  • Clean with a soft microfiber cloth and an ammonia-free cleaner.
  • Avoid razor blades, scrapers and abrasive pads on the film.
  • Keep signs, tape and displays from being stuck to the film itself.

Pairs well with branding

Window film can do more than control heat. Combined with graphics, it can finish a storefront or office.

Window graphics

Add your logo or hours to the glass. See our commercial vinyl wraps and graphics.

Perforated window film

Lets you display graphics on the outside while people inside can still see out.

Wall wraps

Carry your branding inside with custom wall graphics for lobbies, offices and retail spaces.

Common questions

Will window film reduce my energy bill?

By reducing solar heat coming through the glass, window film can lower the load on your cooling system. Results depend on your windows, exposure and the film selected. We'll recommend options when you request a quote.

Do you tint offices and storefronts?

Yes. We tint homes and commercial spaces, including offices and storefronts. Send us the address and the windows you'd like treated to get started.

Do you install window film at my business?

Yes. We install commercial window film on site at your property. Our vehicle work is done at our Mesa shop.

Can you work after hours so we don't have to close?

Yes, most commercial jobs are scheduled after hours or on weekends. Let us know your hours when you request a quote and we'll build the schedule around them.

Do you offer pricing for multiple business locations?

Yes. If you manage more than one location, tell us all the addresses and we'll quote each one so you can budget the whole project at once.

Will window film change how my building looks from outside?

It can. Heat rejection and tinted films give a more uniform, finished look from the street, and clear or lightly tinted films change the look very little. Tell us your goals and we will show you options.

Do I need my landlord’s approval?

If you lease your space, check your lease and ask your landlord before changing the glass. Tell us your situation when you request a quote and we can help with details your landlord may want.

Can you do frosted film for conference rooms?

Yes. Frosted and decorative films add privacy and a designed look while still letting daylight through.

Does film reduce my energy costs?

It can. Heat rejection film blocks solar heat before it enters the building, which takes load off your HVAC. Savings depend on your glass, your exposure and how your building is used.

How long does a commercial job take?

It depends on how many windows you are treating and how large they are. We measure your glass and give you a timeline when we quote. Most jobs are scheduled after hours or on a weekend.

Can you tint multiple locations?

Yes. If you manage more than one location, ask about quoting them together so you can budget the whole project at once.

Is security film the same as bullet-resistant glass?

No. Security and safety films help hold glass together if it is struck or broken, which can slow a break-in and reduce flying glass. They do not make glass unbreakable or bullet-resistant.

Recent project: Tempe office

A Tempe office building with west-facing windows wanted less afternoon heat and glare, more privacy and a clear view out. We tinted about half of the building, including the front lobby, HR room, hallways and conference room, with Geoshield Super Alloy Reflective 5%.
